"My sweater had the same stains & odor I dropped it off with. I’m convinced it wasn’t cleaned at all."
"Had a last minute emergency and they saved the day. Great customer service and great quality cleaning. Whites came back white and the clothes felt clean. Highly recommend."
"The Best Cleaners on Waters Avenue in Savannah gives excellent dry cleaning service and the counter staff is very pleasant. It’s a pleasure to deal with them."
"Husband took Dress Blue uniform here for dry cleaning and press. When he received his uniform, it was just as wrinkled from when he dropped it off. He requested they fix it but they would not have it back until Wednesday and the military ball was Thursday. He didn’t want to chance it so he just took it to a different cleaner that was actually reliable. Don’t waste your time with this establishment and we do not recommend"
"We took in four simple unlined drapery and asked if they would hem them. All panels were to be hemmed to the same length. When we got them back, we began hanging them and every panel was a different length. We took them back to show them the problem. They won’t refund our money for both the work and the panels, instead offering to hem them to a length that will still leave the panels too short to use. I wish if they didn’t want to do the job correctly, they just would have told us. Now I’m out almost $200 because the owner can’t hem a panel but was so greedy she couldn’t say no to the job. Post owner response: We were never asked if our panels were all the same length to begin with. Even if they weren't the same length, when you tell someone to hem them to 105 inches, you should be measuring each panel from top to bottom to 105 inches, not measuring one panel, then saying "Well, that panel is 118 inches, so we'll just cut off 13 inches from all the panels." That's bad workmanship and you're putting your mistake back on the customer."
