"Only 4 driers that work. It's 25 cents for 5 minutes and good luck of its drying your clothes. They added new washers but not the dryers. This is another place in Springfield thats a waste of money and time. If your going to run a business at least have machines that work. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Go down the road to 21. At least they have machines that work."

"This place deserves no stars. It was so nasty! The floor looked like it hadn’t never been mopped. The machines were dirty. The change machine didn’t work. The bathrooms were out of order. Never saw an attendant."
