"Laura came out the same day I️ called her I️ needed a cleaning service ASAP. She was great overall she especially did an amazing job cleaning the oven and behind the refrigerator because those were my main concerns. She was great and super nice I️ definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a process cleaning service."

"So upset! I had a app 11:00 am but called them one hour early to tell them if they needed water because we didn’t have it in yet and she said yes they needed it! So went to water place got water installed and then called did app for 3:30 and she said that worked so went home water was working texted her and said it worked! Waited it’s 3:45 nothing called and she said I thought it was 3:45 no mam it was 3:30. But I can understand so I let that pass. Meanwhile I’m pregnant and holding my nine month old in my arms due to House is empty and I’m thinking they’ll be here no problem! Thirty minutes go by and they’re still not here, lady says she not coming miss Tiffany is ! I said ok let that pass! A hour goes by my arms and tummy are hurting - I want to cry ! Called them lady says I thought she’d be there by now let me call her she’s stuck in traffic! Ok that’s fine I’ll wait! Then keep waiting nothing happening! So called to say I’m canceling it went straight to voicemail! So in the end my new house didn’t get clean and tomorrow morning I’ll do it myself. Better to do things yourself and get it done right then to trust people and get let down! Sad! And be pregnant and have a baby ! So sad and disappointed Bad bad bad customer service And I was polite and trying to stay calm others would have flipped but not me"
