"Took our pups here for daycare until they caught kennel cough. One did not get over it so fast and we thought we were going to lose her. We had just bought a few blocks of time for future daycare visits. During the time our pup was sick which lasted almost 2 months no one called from barker lounge to inquire why we were not dropping our pups after just giving them hundreds of dollars. We debated whether to allow our pups to go back. Finally decide after 6 mos to try it again. Talked to Heidi, the owner, and she told us our blocks of time had expired and we would need to purchase more. We will never take our pets back to Barker Lounge...ever!"
