"We brought our 2 corgis to this kennel for one day (they were there 25 hours) while visiting the Charleston area. We always like to leave honest reviews so here goes: they met us in the parking lot to bring them in when we first arrived so we didn’t see inside until the next day (now we think this is intentional.) The staff was very nice and kind which we appreciated. What freaked us out is the next day when we were picking them back up, we were allowed inside and WHOA, what a dump! Smelled disgustingly of urine and dirty animals; it was so strong it was almost unbearable and the “reception” area was cluttered and filthy. We couldn’t even walk to the reception desk due to boxes and bags all over the floor. Gross. Our dogs smell horrific now for our drive home and it’s making us wonder if this kennel actually took care of our dogs because it’s clear they don’t clean their facility. We’ve never been inside a facility that smelled like this or looked like this. Now we’re questioning if they were ok while they were there so needless to say, we won’t be back."

"Great pet resort. My family had always boarded our pets here. My dog was happy when we picked her up and not scared or timid, so it seems she had a very good time. They also give you a report card to show you how well they ate, played, etc."

"My babies know where they’re going the moment we turn onto Belgrade Ave. They absolutely love coming here whether to board or just for daycare. They go in fully energized and leave worn out from playing all day with the staff members and other dogs. My babies and I love the staff. They’re awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I also love that they send my babies home with report cards that talk about their behavior, demeanor and how they ate, along with photos! I highly recommend CPR."
