"I am an out of state owner of the house that was badly damaged by fire and smoke. I live in California and my property is in Savannah, Georgia. This made the process of selection of contractors and reconstruction that much harder. I contacted several contractors and got a few quotes. I chose Servpro because their communication was on point and the price was fair. Turns out, I am so lucky to have chosen them. I got the best contractor, Ben Carlton. We met over the phone and he kept me informed of all the phases of reconstruction. I highly recommend him and this company. It was extremely stressful when I first heard of the fire and the massive damage that it had created. The place had to be gutted and completely rebuild from inside. Ben and his crew did this smoothly and I trusted his decisions. Everything turned out to be a blessing in disguise and my place now is better and prettier than it originally was. "This company was a life saver to us. We had a plumbing emergency where there was also mold. They were so knowledgeable and professional. In distressing times they were calm and ready to help! The crew was on time, courteous, efficient and friendly. (Also dog friendly- which helped immensely.) The problem was resolved rather quickly. It was a big job involving 2 floors and several rooms. They were done with their part in less than 14 days. (They would have been finished even sooner had our insurance company been as cooperative!!) We would definitely use them again should the need ever arise. (Which I sincerely hope it won’t. ) Thank you!"
