"Ring ring ring! Answer your phone! Ring ring! Was routed to what I assume is the corporate call center. They ask for your full name, company name, and cell phone number before attempting to contact the store for you. I say attempted because still, no answer. A message was left and was not returned. All I have is a 5 second question for a 5 second answer yet I waited 10 minutes on the phone for nothing. You people okay?"
"I am a truck driver and parking is limited. Everyone knows that. We depend on the management of these truck stops to do their job! I came to this loves to park and there were cars taking up most of the truck parking spaces. I reported to management to have the cars removed only to be told that they didn’t feel like having them removed. As a manager your suppose to manage. People are so lazy these days it’s ridiculous."
"Check EVERY THING! I had some greasy wash out caps too! I also asked for my trailer to be ready at 8am, wasn't ready until 11am. Update: it's hit or miss here. I had a good wash this time around."
