"Dr. Alexander and Shelby are amazing! Can't say enough about how sweet they both are and informative. Shelby especially is very communicative and explains everything in a way we can understand. They were both very kind and understanding when it came to our "special needs" dog. He's leash aggressive and wary of strangers but they both won him over in no time at all! You can tell that they both truly love animals and strive to give the best care possible. How they actually care about our pets."

"My husband and I have been bringing our cats here for 2-3 ish years. We recently moved from the area but have continued our care here with our loved ones because of how well this office is run. Dr. Leggett is a very compassionate and caring vet and clearly employs individuals who share those characteristics. He takes his time to address issues, hear concerns, and never recommends unnecessary testing or costs. We recently had to put down our 13 year old cat Gizmo and I can’t thank this office enough for their professionalism and compassion. We did not feel rushed despite being there close to closing, the process was throughly explained to us, and the room itself was private and comforting. A few weeks later the whole staff sent my husband and I a card signed by everyone and a paw print from Gizmo expressing their condolences. It was incredibly touching and reaffirmed our choice to continue our pets care here despite the 30 minute drive. Care over convenience will always win for me. Thank you to Dr. Leggett and the staff. As long as they are open we will continue to bring all future pets to them. I cannot recommend them enough."

"Location was clean and staff was very friendly. I appreciated being put in a room right away so my nervous dog was away from the bustle in the lobby. The staff were extremely kind and patient with my rescue dog who had never been to the vet before. She began wagging her tail by the time we left! I had a bunch of concerns regarding my dog’s health and they created a treatment plan to address all of them. I also appreciated the invoice coming for approval before services were started. I felt comfortable saying yes and no to different services and the staff was not pushy at all. Overall a great experience, we will be back!"

"I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and setup of the facility. It's large, comfortable, and newly built. The front office staff was personable, as well as thoughtful, making a special accommodation for my son's therapy cat to be seen last minute out of concern he could take a turn for the worse over the weekend. When we arrived both the veterinarian and the vet tech had such a reassuring presence it was a tremendous comfort to me and my very sick kitty. My pet's condition and treatment were well explained and they generously worked with me to keep within my budget. It only took that appointment for me to decide to make them our new primary clinic. My sincere thanks go to Dr. Leggett and his staff for the wonderful care provided to my sick furry family member. He's doing incredibly well and making a fast recovery."
