"This establishment is simply the worst. If you want your clothes done correctly do not patronize this establishment. They messed my shirt up and didn’t have the decency to pay for the shirt or get it done correctly. Horrible customer service from the GM down."

"I have been a customer for at least 10 years. They lost a pair of my slacks in the beginning of April. It is now the end of May and have not gotten a call or anything. I know it doesn't take this long to resolve an issue. Was employed by former owners years ago."

"I brought my child's ROTC uniform here to be dry cleaned. As any parent knows these uniforms get inspected more than 1x/week!! My son's uniform was completely intact when I brought it to the dry cleaners. I picked it up. We opened it to bring into the school and the bottom back of the Service jacket, hemming was undone from one end to the middle. So I called and explained what happened. The staff said they can send it to alterations which could take 2 weeks and I would have to pay. They said they won't do a refund. They said they wash 100's of ROTC uniforms and this has never happened and the jacket must have been defective. I have taken this uniform to be dry cleaned several times at another place and never had an issue. Not only does it get inspected at school but I also inspect it to make sure it is clean, no wrinkles, etc... There was no issues with the hem in the jacket or any other article of clothing. First and last time I will use them. And why would I pay for alterations to be done from a company that caused the damage in the first place. I'm disappointed that people do not take the same care of other people's belongings as maybe they would their own. These uniforms are not cheap, these uniforms are worn with pride, especially being a military family for many generations. And for staff to act as though the clothing item was defective prior to me bringing it, is absurd. Why would I want to cause more damage....just to pay more money to fix it. Think about that!!!"

"I took 3 items in to be cleans back in May. Just took them off the hangers since the weather is getting cold. They ruined a $160 duvet, all the fill is spun out to the edges, which only happens with this brand when it is machine washed in water. They also shrunk 2 cashmere sweaters down so small they might fit a 5 year old. I have had these sweaters for 7 years and have them cleaned previously with no issues. Was informed I would need to take up the duvet issue with the manufacturer and they can’t do anything about the sweaters. Over $300 dollars of my merchandise was ruined."

"They do great work, quickly at a descent price. Although, that's to be expected. What I think earns them the 5-star is what they couldn't do. I went in with a quite frankly ridiculous request. It's currently 5pm on Thursday, I needed my uniform to have a new patch sewn on, and be pressed by Monday morning. Which, for most places leaves them only tomorrow to do it. They said they could have it to me by next Thursday then asked me the time period I'd need it by, and informed me there was no way they could complete the task. Before I could even say anything, the employee listed off 2 locations to nearby alterations stores that may be able to meet my deadline, and informed me that if they don't work to return by closing time, then he would call his boss and ask his wife to do it for me. Great service is often expected. However, that employee went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I will definitely return and strongly encourage all others to do the same. They will work with you, no matter your deadline."
