"My wife and I have a condo rental on Tybee, someone who rented the unit had someone who peed on a mattress in one of the bedrooms. The bed was made with clean linens - BUTT - whoever made the bed let the pee dry without cleaning it up!!!! This was a huge stain and smelled to high heaven!!! Place smelled awful, could not find it until the bed was stripped for new clean sheets!! Carpet Master was called to see if this stench and stain could be removed, without having to buy a new mattress.Mr DeLoach came the next day, and within 30 minutes had our king mattress back to being able to use it again. Disinfected and stain free!!!! I highly recommend this company, fast professional service ! C"
