"Came out. Looked at the work that needed to be done. Told my husband that he could come out the following week at some point to fix what needed to be fixed. Never heard from the guy. My husband called and texted him multiple times, never got a response. My husband called again after not hearing from him for 2 weeks. The guy answered and proceeded to tell us that he can’t do the work anymore. Would’ve been nice to know instead of last minute. Wasting people’s time. If you can’t do the work. Don’t tell us that you can."
