"If you are looking for HVAC service, stop here, On Time is the place! Each person on the team I had the pleasure to do business with (including the owner) is knowledgeable, professional, polite and patient. My experience with On Time started with Sarah who answered the phone. She spoke to me at length about all the items we were looking at during our due diligence period when purchasing our new (old) home and gave me so much helpful information. She didn't rush me off the phone or make me feel like I was a burden even though I mentioned I was shopping for vendors and not ready to commit. Well I did call a couple other places and none compared to her customer service so she won my business. We scheduled the inspection and then I met Logan the tech who came to do the service. He was on time (just like the name) and so very friendly! His work was thorough and again, the info he provided was incredibly helpful. He took pictures of all the issues he wanted to call to my attention and explained everything succinctly. After that, I hired On Time to do the work that needed to be done and though I had to spend more money than I anticipated, (that is ALWAYS the way with a home purchase methinks) it was worth every penny. Their goal was to get the two systems I have have continue to operate for at least a few more years (they are past their prime lol) no hard sells on a new system, in fact I'm the one that brought that up! Sarah's wonderful customer service got their feet in the door and then Logan and team's work sealed the deal - I will continue to use On Time for all my HVAC needs. In fact, I signed up for annual maintenance and look forward to seeing them in six months!"
