"Our landlord used Biosweep for a mold remediation project and we were very disappointed in their service and the quality of their work. While some mold was eventually removed after back and forth, they left a significant amount of dust and residue throughout our house, including on our furniture (couch, chairs, tables, pillows, rugs, etc.) after each remediation. When we raised this concern, Biosweep sent the same crew that did the remediation back to our house to clean and they were not able to remove all the residue. We ultimately moved out of our house and got rid of our furniture. We found Biosweep’s communication to be dismissive and unprofessional."
