Diane, Shelley, Erin and Lu (I hope I got all of your names correct), thank you for being very kind, patient and caring. I can not imagine how stressful everyone's job is there. Y'all took in another dog and I know you all are at full capacity. Thank you so much for all you do for the animals that are neglected. You all are awesome people and I just wanted you all to know that. :)"

"We adopted the sweetest young cat from this shelter and everyone was so nice and helpful. We even had to bring her back a few days later because we were worried about her incision from being spayed and they got us right in and were so kind. My kids and I (kids 11 and 12 years old) started volunteering twice a week after that playing with the dogs, and it's been such a wonderful experience! There's so many amazing animals here we couldn't believe don't have homes already and the people here really care about animals. I highly recommend this shelter for adopting a pet, but also if you love animals, go spend some time helping out!"

"Rude!! The lady on the phone Talked to me like a child. I was trying to explain that there was a dog that was getting in my yard almost everyday and would bark at me and my kids and tried getting to my female dog, I was cut off. "You're dog has to stay in the house if she's in heat," "You're dog can't go in your yard if she's in heat unless she's on a leash." My dog stays on a leash when she goes outside anyways. What is irritating to me is that I was trying to explain that SOMEONE ELSE'S DOG WAS IN MY YARD AND WON'T LEAVE. Instead, the lady i spoke to just wanted to blame me. They sound LAZY! Every excuse to ignore that a dog was wondering around. Just didn't want to come pick up the dog. I have had another encounter a while back about a stray, they were rude then too! I am in disbelief disrespectful they are. I will be speaking to someone about this."

"I have gone through a process of adoption that has taken over a month and it was well worth it. The dog that I was in the process of adopting was found to have a serious medical condition. The management and staff swung into action with vets, testing, medications, more vets, more testing, more medications and finally a trip to a specialist. All of this was NOT done for me but for the dog that was still in their care. I was kept informed of every move, every step of the way. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A PET TO SHARE LIFE WITH, LOOK NO FURTHER. My case only illustrates the dedication to the animals in their care that these professionals have. GOD bless each and every one of them."

"Found a dog with a collar and asked animal control to pick it up, they asked if I would hold onto him because they were full, after reluctantly agreeing I was told that they would post the information on their facebook page and if no one claimed him within 10 days it was my responsibility, well after just 5 days I get a call saying I owned the dog and meanwhile they never even posted the information online, making it impossible for the owners to even find him, I hate to think the owners are missing their pet and meanwhile these people did absolutely NOTHING to help me or the dog and lied directly to my face. I am severely disappointed in the service, I dont know why these people have jobs."
