"Began renting a small climate controlled unit when facility first opened at a reasonable cost. Both new management with facility name change & increase in rent by $16 occurred within the first year. The facility has always been kept immaculately clean. I would recommend having a couple more carts available. When moving some boxes out one day, there were no carts around. Some women on another level had taken both carts but weren’t actively moving things out. I had to physically carry all the boxes out to my car."

"Good location near Clemson. Climate controlled. They have carts by the door that you can use to load/unload. Convenient code entry."

"Your rep was pleasant and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and well lighted. My only concern is - although you advertise as “climate controlled” - the temperature fluctuation is quite wide; from a low of 50 degrees to as high as 80 degrees. This wide fluctuation could potentially cause damage to some of the items I need to store. But I need the storage so have no choice but to take that chance and hope for the best."

"I recently rented a storage unit for the first time, and overall, I had a good experience. However, I did notice some mouse poop and holes in a few of my boxes while moving out. Despite that, the staff was patient with me when I couldn't move out by the original date, so I really appreciate their understanding. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to provide a 'move out' email or have information on the website about the requirements for closing the storage unit. That would have been really helpful for a first-timer like me."

"We needed a short term storage solution from move out of our son’s old apartment until he was able to move into his one since he attends Clemson University. The location was well maintained, clean and for us really convenient. If we need between next terms we will be shore to be back!"
