"Worst carpet cleaning service ever. I hope people can read this review before scheduling. Guy showed up late and was rude to the lady waiting for him as the house is vacant. Basically told her that she needs to leave so nobody walks on wet carpets. After he was “done”, he just left, leaving the house unlocked and not even giving us a chance to check his work. Probably because no work was done. Carpets dont smell any better, completely dry. When we got him on the phone he thought our complaints were funny. He said they use some dry cleaning method, so what was the issue with “noone should be here to walk on wet carpets”. Waste of money!!"

"They were on time- even though I was late. Lol They were fast, and did such a great job. Will definitely be using again! Thank y’all. Editing on Jan 14 2020- we used them for a move out and was pleased- but our landlord has now charged us to completely remove all the carpet where they cleaned because the odor is apparently so bad and they claim it wasn’t done “right” So after paying this company $100 I now owe almost $1000 in carpet removal and vinyl install."
