"I've been trying to reach them before the new year came in. The guy that I spoke with was extremely nice and I would love to do business with them. I didn't expect anyone to come out being that it was holiday season. However, a phone return phone call to give me an anticipated service date would be nice. It is now January 12th, 2024 and I still have not heard back. Now that the holidays are over, I will try one more time. Will update review in the future with the outcome."

"Our 1960s septic system failed and Donnie and his crew did a complete replacement including crushing and backfilling the old tank, setting a new tank, and installing new drain field lines. Communication was excellent – the phone was answered every time I called. Donnie came out within days of the initial phone call to take a look and price the job, and the work was complete the following week. The same people that come out for the initial estimate are the ones that do the installation work so you know who you are dealing with. That is not always (or often) the case with larger companies. This was a particularly complicated project with a tight site and very limited access for equipment. The existing septic tank was buried about 3’ below an existing brick patio directly off the back of the house. Skipper’s had no problem tackling the repair and did an excellent job at a fair price. They took extra care to minimize damage to the yard as much as possible, even if it meant taking a little more time. They were willing to work around an existing retaining wall by running the new sewer line below the foundation. This saved us from having to remove and replace the wall which would have been a significant additional cost. These guys know what they are doing and will take care of you – give them a call."
