"Shawna and Sadé did a great job for my initial, top to bottom cleaning. They arrived promptly and prepared, were professional, and friendly. Very good job with detail, leaving no crack or crevice untouched or uncleaned. Were very fast efficient and took zero breaks the entire time they were here. House was 3400 ft.² and was finished in less than five hours. Cleaned all bathrooms, all baseboards, all ceilings, all windows, vacuumed all the carpet, mopped all the floors, cleaned the cabinets, cleaned the oven, cleaned the microwave, and all other appliances. They left the house sparkling and looking very clean. I was taken on a final walk-through to make sure that everything was done correctly. The checkout process was very easy. I will be using their services again in the future."

"We hired precision clean Columbia to do a deep top to bottom clean of our house. We were clear about what we wanted knowing we had lived here 2 years and never had above the cabinets cleaned and such. When they left, baseboards, around door handles, and chair rails hadn’t been cleaned, the hardwoods we have throughout our home (everywhere but bathrooms) were sticky because they didn’t properly clean the floors (didn’t dilute the cleaner properly). The shower floor was still dirty, and even a gummy stuck to the floor was still there in one of the bathrooms. I don’t expect perfection. But I do expect to come home and feel like the house is clean and to not walk out of my flip flops as they stuck to the sticky “cleaned” floor. We asked that they come back out (which they did) but the floors were still sticky when they left, the doors still have hand prints and grime around the handles, and generally just nothing was cleaned well. They were nice to deal with initially and when we asked them to come out again. I give them a star for that a and a star that they could come quickly (within a week) when I called. But after mopping the hardwoods in our house 3 times in 24 hours after they left the second time and still getting brown nasty dirty water and sending my frustration via email with a video of the water from the mop bucket being poured into the toilet, I’m disappointed with the fact they haven’t responded since. It was hundreds of dollars wasted. I wouldn’t recommend them and definitely won’t be using them again."

"I used Precision Clean of Fayetteville NC. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. I paid a Champagne and Caviar price ($365) for a Beer and Hotdog equivilant price cleaning. This was a 'Top Down Cleaning' @ $365. Total clean time first visit was 2.5 hrs, my call back to re-clean the missed areas (sticky floors, dust and cob webs) was 1.5 hrs. You'd be better off paying their hourly rate and telling them what to clean, while standing over their back. Don't let them use Murphy Oil Soap on your wood floors (real or engineered floors), it stays sticky. Online research indicates it should never be used for wood/engineered wood. Their second re-clean of my floors are still sticky, and socks my are dirty. I paid extra to have the oven cleaned, overall, it was cleaned, but still has residue on inside. The second clean did get what spilled into the bottom oven drawer, but the upper rim is still nasty. *Note: The 2.5 hrs and 1.5 hours and one missed contact caused me to miss 8 hours of work over the time it took me to still have sticky floors."
