"Our service with Floor Pro was handled entirely long distance and we could not be happier! We purchased a home with engineered hardwood floors that had scratches and polish/dirt buildup leaving a very uneven finish. Floor Pro went in, sent us a fair estimate, scheduled and completed work in a timely fashion. When we arrived, the floors looked and felt great with a clean, uniform finish throughout the house. They communicated with us each step of the way and even left some spray cleaner behind! Well done!"

My experience from speaking with the receptionist to the gentleman who called me back and gave me quotes to Josh and Mike, who came out and clean the floors was an excellent experience. They were very knowledgeable, and appeared to be experience in explaining what the process would take. I did not expect miracles but I did expect good quality.
