"They arrived in a timely fashion. Everything was right to business. They were friendly and professional. We are very happy with their service."
"Had a fire in my house that luckily didn't do much damage other than soot damage all over the house. Renew/textile restoration was contracted through my restoration company and they came and got my belongings shortly after the incident. I thought everyone was very professional and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to a communication issue which is probably a lot of my fault. I was still living in the house and they took every pair of shoes out other than the ones that were on my feet. They brought back most of the shoes but I needed a pair of hiking boots that I described in detail and they brought back almost every pair of boots other than that pair which they mailed the next week. I wasn't too tore up over it and they did great work so I'd definitely recommend them."
"The people that work for this company are not honest people. I had a house fire back in August and this company was hired by Serv Pro to restore my items back to the previous condition before the fire. They did a great job with my clothing which is why I gave two stars, but they damaged my refrigerator in places that weren’t there before they moved it. This company is really backwards because they weren’t supposed to take my refrigerator in the first place. When I sent pictures and proof, they pretty much denied it and said it was like that prior to them removing it. God knows the truth. I know what dings it had and that didn’t give your employees the right to add more damage. You will reap what you sow!"
"Had a burst pipe that flooded my downstairs and got many of my rugs wet. Textile Restorations came to my house, explained the process of cleaning and storing them, and took them to be cleaned. Their contact with me was very prompt and efficient. Marcia and Reggie have been great! I highly recommend this business!"
