"Place is kept clean but my problem was two of largest machines took my money (over $10) and there's no place to request refund."

"The place needs to be scrubbed down thoroughly, along with the machines. And even worse is the owner. I was sitting in the car waiting for my ol' lady to meet me with a few loads of laundry, (I'm not leaving her alone in that place), and suddenly this fat guy starts yelling at me to "get out of here!" I wasn't aware at the time that it closed at 9pm, so to say I was startled is an understatement. All he had to do was say, "We're about to close, sorry for the inconvenience." But no, he's yelling like I was some sort of criminal for being there."

"For being an essential business during the virus I was disappointed that there appeared to be no additional safety measures in action. The machines seemed to work well but the floor was dirty. I know the floor is old but the floor needed swept so when an item of clothing drops on the floor, it doesn't get dirty! There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. According to another guy there, there is never paper towels there. So if you want good machines just bring your own toilet paper and hand sanitizer because either the people are slobs or the management doesn't care. I am surprised they are allowed to be open because I thought to be open you had to have safety measures in place."

"My clothes got locked in washer that ran for 4hours before i found someone to get in touch with owner. He wasnt even nice enough to pay for the drying after ibhad to stay there all those hours.!!"

"The owner doesn't take care of this place: - A lot of the machines are out of order - A couple of the machines don't work well (DO NOT use machine #2 - it gets stuck on rinse cycle) - It's dirty: the floors, machine and bathroom - The bill change machine is often out of coins - The detergent slot machine is empty - The Wi-Fi doesn't work - Met the owner once and he was extremely rude Bring your business elsewhere."
