"Austin, Bailey and Team are a class act. I highly recommend Owens Exterior Service for all things gutter related. They were on-site when expected, kept me up to date on the schedule, and performed outstanding work."
"Owens Exterior Services just finished up installing new fascia and soffit along with new 6in gutters with leafblaster gutter guards all around the house. we had to wait around 6 weeks for them to get to us but most of that delay was mother nature. Austin and his crew were great to work with. Always polite and very knowledgeable about the products being installed that have a 15 year warranty. We did have some wood rot and all that was replaced to provide a healthy and professional look to our home. The crew arrived on time each morning and at the end of the day gave us a progress report that included work done and work still to do. In today's society, the work far out numbers the companies that can get the job done. Owens Exterior Services got it done and exceeded all our expectations. Thanks Austin for a job well done."
"Giving a bad review is not in my nature to do but when it is called for: October 5, 2020 we had "2" French Drains installed by Owens and I still have flooding in my back yard when we have a rain of any consequence. I have emailed several times with no response. If I'm still having flooding it appears to me that the $2,034.00 we spent was a waste of their time and my money!!! Very disappointed that I am now going to have to get someone else to resolve this problem!! Karen Finney, G'wd, SC"
"Owens removed our existing gutters and replaced them w new larger gutters. The installers were professional and very precise w their work. It was done quickly and the management team was proactive in communications regarding timing of the service. Highly recommend Owens for any job you have! Thank you all very much!!"
"My initial contact was promising. They were pleasant to deal with on the phone. Due to the initial contact, I agreed to wait 4 weeks for the installation due to their being busy. After the 4 weeks passed, I had to contact them and they moved the date another 2 weeks. After that, I contacted them again and received another install date. That date came and went without a call. I tried reaching them through text and phone calls. I did not receive a response from them. The last install date given was Oct 21 and I have not heard anything from them to this day. This was the third seamless gutter installer that I have contacted to install a 6" gutter at the rear of my house. Unfortunately, this appears to be common amongst seamless gutter installers in my area because all three did the same thing. I'm sure their response as subcontractors to building contractors is very different, due to that being their bread and butter. Unfortunately, you are going to pay a premium going through a building contractor, because the building contractor is also in the business to make money and they keep the subcontractors in line. If you are handy at all, you may want to consider ordering quality materials (not the cheap big box off the floor products) and installing them yourself."
