"Third time trying this cleaners. Third time have to have my items cleaned a second time. This Last experience was horrible. Brought in Two suits jackets to have them cleaned. Picked them up right as they were closing so I didn’t get a chance to check them until I got home. Odor was still present on both jackets. So I Brought them back and the owner said I must’ve worn the jackets. One jacket still had the cleaning tag on it. Finally He agreed to reclean them. When I returned a few days later to pick them up, they both smelled like Febreeze. I Asked the associate is there a way to remove the smell and she replied “I will have to ask the owner” So I have to find a way to air them out. Needless to say I won’t be back. Too many cleaners in the area."

"I bought my baby’s dress for her baptism months before the event. The dress was stored in a bag and somehow it developed a brown tint to it. Her aunt took it to Choi’s cleaner the Day before the event and had it ready first thing on the day of the event. We weren’t sure if it could be restored since the dress had a whole bunch of beads, but when we picked it up we were shocked with joy. It was even better than new. Super nice service and efficient. Highly recommended— i will update review with a picture of the dress once I get a chance"
