The dress was orange with beads and when she picked the dress up all the beads were either missing or hanging from a string. This dance and dress meant the world to this child and y'all wanna act like no one knows what happened! Y'all are supposed to be professional cleaners with know-how to properly clean a dress without ruining it! I wish I could post the before and after pictures! You would be in disgust! Do NOT recommend this business!"

"I brought a very expensive white dress to be cleaned and have some yellowing removed. The dress came back in much worse condition then it was when I brought it to them. So I paid them $9.50 to ruin the dress. Also, the lighting is not very bright in there so it is hard to see any issues before leaving. Don’t waste your time and money."
