"We used them to clean our carpets, bathroom tiles and an area rug. I myself had to clean spots off my carpet after they finished, there is 4 spots in my bathroom where the grout was broken out while they cleaned the tile and they delivered my area rug, 2 weeks later, with a big green spot right in the middle, which was not there when they took the rug. They took it back to clean again and called us in another 2 weeks to redeliver between 4 and 5 one day. We had to call them at 5:30 to see if they were coming and the lady assured us that they were. Around 6, they called us back and said the spot didn't come out so they were not delivering it, after we had waited for them for 2 hours. Why would they set up delivery if the spot was still there? My rug was ruined! The only nice person in the whole office was Beth! She was very kind and understanding! We were not pleased at all with their services and will never use them again!"

"I’ve thought a long time about writing this review. First let me say that I had a wonderful experience with Ron’s cleaning my rugs. They did an excellent/quick/affordable job. I also think that the staff is extremely friendly. However, I did not have a good experience with the duct work. We wanted to get our duct work cleaned before our new baby arrived. The technician arrived on time and was very nice and explained that our duct work was filled with mold. He recommended that we still have it cleaned but also replace the duct work. Looking back, I’m not sure why we had them cleaned if we were just going to replace them but we followed his advice. The cleaning cost around $500 and we were quoted $2100 to replace the duct work. I got a second quote from another source that was $500 more expensive to replace the duct work but they said that also included new boots. I called to the office to confirm the $2100 covered the full duct work replacement and boots, they confirmed so I went ahead and scheduled the work. Fast forward and the day after the new duct work is installed our air conditioning is barley working. I called and they sent the technician back to check everything out and he said the furnace was frozen (which somehow ties into the HVAC.) I called the other guy that gave me the quote for the duct work and he came out. He said that only the off shoots of the duct work were replaced, the boots were not replaced, and most importantly, the main line of the duct work was not replaced and was indeed covered in mold. The mold issue was the whole reason we had it replaced. He also confirmed that the furnace was frozen because the fan was broken. Now, is it a coincidence that the fan happened to break or was it broken by the cleaning? I’m not sure, it was old, but this does seem like a big coincidence. He recommended that we replace the furnace and the duct work. He couldn’t reuse what was installed because it wouldn't fit correctly on the new main line. So essentially everything we paid for was wasted. I requested a partial refund from Ron's and they said they would get back to me and never did. I'm disappointed because again, I did call to confirm what work was being done and it was not. Also, I went into labor when the air was broken and labored 18 hours with no AC. Not fun."

"We called many AC and vent cleaning services and all of them told us they could not do it. One of the technicians, John came and looked at our situation and immediately said he could do it. Not only could he do it, he did an amazing job. John really went above and beyond to clean all our ducts, vents and combo unit. There is a noticeable difference in the air quality as well as the power of the air circulation. This guy was a powerhouse. He was by far the best service tech I have ever used. I was really impressed with his work ethic. Thank you so much!!"
