"I have had multiple issues with this salon over the past few months. Firstly, I was getting a pedicure, and when the man was adjusting the water, his tooth fell out into my water. He noticed but proceeded with what he was doing and did not remove his tooth from the water that my feet were in. In addition, he also did my manicure and repeatedly cut open three of my fingers. I ignored this altercation and continued to go to the salon. At my last visit, I had gel put on my nails like I have many times before. Except this time, the gel was not applied correctly and came off after four days, when it typically lasts anywhere from 3-4 weeks. I was frustrated by this and went to the salon to see what they could do. I was immediately turned away the second I explained and told their policy was only for 1-2 days after, and they could no longer help me. I spent almost $100 dollars on these nails and was forced to spend $100 more at another salon to get them fixed. This was extremely discouraging for me, and as a result, I will not be returning to this salon."

"Overall a good experience. Four of us got pedicures- we ended up getting the Deluxe. They had four tiers to choose from, of course they push the top one (as you would expect). Pedicure was good, massage was ok- very short. I did really like the hot wax and that felt really good. My wife got a design on her big toes and she loved it. Yes, it's a little on the higher side than other places. Although, I will say the massage chairs here are very very comfortable. I will say that the owner/manager - not sure... He was definitely a character to talk with!"

"Although the setting of the salon was beautiful, the aftermath is not. My gel manicure was even liked and complimented by myself and many others. This is week is week 3 and the manicure has grown out and been peeling. My cuticle skin on my middle finger on the right hand had started peeling, and I thought it was weird. The gel polish peeled off revealing a nail fungus and I am highly disappointed and distraught. I am a licensed esthetician and to see places clearly not following proper safety and sanitation protocol is infuriating. You go to spend the hard earned money for an experience and service only to be met with lack of care and concern. I understand time is money, but, taking the TIME needed to make sure implements are SAFE AND SANITARY is something you should NEVER slack on. This was only my second visit to the establishment and honestly, there won’t be a third visit or any further recommendation to friends or family from me. Please be, professional, safe, and sanitary so that others may not experience the same issues. Do better."

"Ow ow ow!!! I had acrylics removed and gel put on. He used the tool on my nails so long it was burning hot and I jerked my hand away twice. He also kept hitting my cuticles (bleeding shown) with the filer, and all that for nails that are mediocre. The polish isn't on even and some is left on my fingers. So disappointed."

"This was an awful experience. I paid $48 for a pedicure which was rushed with no massage. Then went to dip my nails and gave her the photo and they look nothing like the inspo. Told the lady at the end when she asked me if they look good I said no ma’am they look awful and nothing like what I asked for. She made me pay $55 for my nails and I had to pay extra for my cuticles to be taken care of. I am in shock!"
