"Emily the receptionist and Taylor the lead receptionist were beyond rude as I called to get my dog an appointment for a rabies shot. This could not be completed because there was no customer service skills. It was an awful phone call and I will take my service else where. I do not recommend this place unless you like to deal with rude girls who think they do need to do their simple job which is answer phone and schedule an appointment. Seriously deserves a zero. I asked to speak to manager they gave me the email which is probably the email they answer but then again I am assuming and I will email them."
"Dr.Jaime took really great care of my Bailee and recommended some allergy medicine for him and I was delighted."
"Does a great job taking care of my mavrick. Love that they come out to my car and get him and when they are finished they bring him back out with a detailed report. He loves them."
"Sadly, this location serviced for only a year when I had issues getting my flea meds the receptionist became rude quickly. She was quick to not be helpful, to not sympathize, and also became extremely aggressive in her comments and then started calling me βsirβ even though she cleanly knew my name and that she was talking to a woman. I will not return there as they are not willing to work with pet owners when they have need and give far too much authority to the receptionist who is not well trained in problem solving and Customer Service."
"You cannot go in with your pet. If you're a new patient, how can you establish a relationship with the vet? How do you know they actually are running test, examining them, and not just sticking them in a room and letting them stay there? I'm not trying to be rude, but come on. I understand that you only are 1 doctor and want to stay healthy, but be more upfront with people. Please have your staff inform people, especially when they are new, of your policies, you'll save their time and your's."
