"Do not go here!! My toe nails HURT after my appointment. The lady started pulling chunks of my skin out claiming they were “ingrowns.” Nail techs should not be pulling out chunks of skin, let alone ingrown toenails! $45 for my pain and suffering. Worst nail experience ever."

"After todays visit I can agree with everyone else this has to be the worst nail salon in spartanburg. I've been to this salon several times in the past n had my nails done starting from the beginning just as I went in to have done today, so it's about 6:30pm when I get there n their sign says they're open until 7:30pm but the whole time the lady's are speaking in their language n all I can really make out is 7:00 so I'm assuming they were complaining about me coming in right before 7:00 bc close at 7:30. It's seemed like she was hateful towards me at everything I spoke to her about So we're at the stage of checking the length of the tips that's glued on n trimmed n making sure they match the opposite hand n I look n see that a couple of my nails are pointing to the side instead of straight n I tell the lady that they're not straight and everything and she automatically starts taking the nails off my fingers getting another girl to come over and help get the nails off my fingers. Make sure she gets all the nails and glue off my fingers and looks at me tells me that my fingers are not straight and then I'm done that she can't do my nails because my fingers are not straight now like I said in the beginning, I've been in there several times in the past and have my nails with no problems n for her to sit there and tell me that my fingers are not straight is the reason why the nails that she put on crooked was not straight is straight b********. Part of me feels like she was being raciest towards me bc I was the only white girl in the salon at this time, I was totally treated unfair n I didn't do anything to deserve to be treated this way. Was the worst service I've ever had in a nail salon."

"What a horrible experience. Went in for an acrylic fill and polish change, plus I had one broken nail. He told me it would be $25 total and sat me right away. He was friendly and made conversation. When I got up to wash my hands when he was done with filling and filling my nails, I wasn't that happy about the shape but decided to just let it go. He then applied nail polish that I had just bought and brought in. Two base coats of color and one layer of top coat. He took me over to the drying station and told me to me to wait 7 minutes. I was just sitting waiting and he told me from the back of the shop that I was good to go. I thought they needed more time but I decided to leave because I felt uncomfortable. By the time I got home, my nails were destroyed, not to mention the stuff the nail polish rubbed off on. I immediately returned and he would not fix it or give me a refund. Blamed it on my polish, stating I should have gotten gel polish. First photo is my nails before I went in. Second photo was in the parking lot before I left. You can see where he left on my cuticle and how poorly my nails are shaped. Very disappointed."

"I had been to many nail salons but this one is the best ever. This place was clean and really nice with great decoration. The best thing was that they had a huge collection of gel and polish nail colors to choose from. Actually, they had too many colors to choose from. I also love their service and their price. It was reasonable with five stars service and was much better than many locations in the area. Definitely I will be back."
