"It was my first time going here. Services were average. I got a regular pedicure, white nail polish. It wasn’t too bad. I got a regular manicure with gel nail polish. The lady doing my nails did okay. The layers on the polish on my nail were not even. Some spots were darker than the others to where you can see my nail. As she was buffing my nails, she cut below my cuticle and it bled a good bit. She put some treatment on it to get it to stop bleeding. About a week later, my nail polish chipped off. I assume things like this happen at nail salons. I will be giving them another try and maybe I will get a different technician. I have a better understanding of what to look for as well. I also got my eyebrows waxed here. That was the last thing I did, so it felt rushed but still came out how I wanted."

"The person doing my pedicure kept getting up to answer the phone and talk to other employees. She also left out a complete step in the pedicure ( sea salt scrub). She seemed more interested in talking with other employees than focus on my pedicure. This is my second time with poor service. No more! I’m done with this place!"

"When I moved, I struggled to find a new nail salon. They didn’t paint all the way to the cuticle or my nails ended up being chunky and thick. Or the polish wouldn’t last. At Miss Nails, my nails always turn out beautifully and I get many compliments. So glad to have this little gem."

"Their sign clearly says Nail removal for acrylic nails $10. They charged my daughter $15 and kept saying it’s because you acrylic. I do NOT recommend this place. They rush the service, lie, and overcharge."

"Stay away!!! They over charged me!!! I asked for a signature pedi + clear coat for $45. Plus, she told me $60 for my real nails dip color which is $40, plus removal of gel polish $8. Last I checked that is only $48 not $60. Then said your total is $120!!! When it should have been $48+$45 = $93 NOT $120!!!! Not to mention she rushed the whole thing because she had an appointment coming in."
