"I’ve been coming here for over 10 years for a pedicure and have always seen the same person. I’m on a walking cane and at my last appointment Aster directed me to sit in the middle chair and that was it. Normally I sit near the wall (which was empty at the time) and she offered no assistance to help me sit down so I don’t fall. She also helps me take off my socks and shoes. This is not something I expect, this is what she has always done over the years since it’s difficult for me. I felt disrespected and shaded at my last appointment. After respectfully telling her how I felt and how I didn’t appreciate being treated that way, she just said she was having a busy day and didn’t apologize. I remember one time when the foot spa liner bag broke and she tried to talk me into continuing my visit without the liner. She said the bin was cleaned with bleach so it’s sanitary. I said ABSOLUTELY NOT and I wanted a new liner put in. So she had an attitude for the rest of my visit because I wanted her to change it. Most recently she sent a nasty text when confirming my next appointment by telling me if I didn’t respond she was going to put somebody else in my place. I was sleep at the time and didn’t see the message until later. I cancelled all of my remaining appointments. I will NOT be talked to any kind of way! I’m spending money like everyone else and I will be treated with respect! The last appointment felt rushed and disconnected anyways. One more thing, she always wanted to pick my color for me which was super weird and wanted to charge me the same price when I stopped using color because my doctor advised me to stop using color so I can see the condition of my foot nails between visits. I won’t be back. Ever."
