"This place is TRASH! I requested a basic pedicure, but was charged for a spa pedicure. The service I received was mediocre at best. When the lady was removing my gel polish, she’s soaked my entire fingers in acetone. I asked her if there was another way to remove the gel polish, and she rudely replied, “No, this is the only way.” I’ve had gel polish for years and I’ve never had to soak my hands in pure acetone. She also used a Dremel tool on my natural nails after I specifically told her that is was damaging. She grabbed my hand, said it was not, and started to use the tool again. NOPE. Now I’ve left the salon with unfinished nails, but I refused to continue letting her ruin my natural nails. Not only was I ever charged, but the owner did nothing to address my situation. These ladies need to get some actual nail certification."

"my nails did not turn out how they should have. I got dip powder and my nails are so lumpy! Also the guy cut 3 of my cuticles with the drill. Also, my daughter got her nails painted and they didn’t shape them or anything. They just globed on the paint. She said I do it better and I’m not a professional."

"I feel terrible leaving a bad review but it needs to be said. I went in to get a manicure, I was seated almost immediately but the guy doing my nails drilled into my nail. I'm not talking about buffing your nail, he literally drilled very deep near my cuticles to where I have a literal indent in my nails. Along with this he drilled into four of my fingers, to the point that I was bleeding. I took off the polish 4 days after getting it done because it wouldn't stop cracking and chipping off. Even at this point 4 days after getting my nails done my fingers are still red where he drilled into my fingers."
