"I used to absolutely love going to this nail salon! My God daughter and I went for years for manicures and pedicures. You used to be able to walk in and wait (sometimes awhile but it was worth it) now they do everything by appointment only and are not well staffed. I can never get in even if I call 24hrs in advance and they never try to work with your schedule. They have changed from caring about the customer to only caring about the appointments that they book. No longer caring about those that have supported them through years of business. Sad to say but I have tried booking for the last time."
