"My first time trying this salon. It was VERY clean and everyone WAS extremely friendly. Beautiful atmosphere. Glass of wine was a nice touch. I adored the technician I was placed with. She was kind, funny and a great listener. The reason for the 3 stars is NOT a reflection on her by any means! The 3 stars are for the bowl that you put your feet on/ in for the pedicure, it moves side to side the entire time and I really had to focus on how I was positioned and help hold my own leg up so it was not as relaxing as it could have been. The technician was also kind to try to help me when I would move. The bowl just made it hard, had to constantly “reset”. Also , the polish is cheap and was already gumming up and had nicks in the paint with in just a short time of me leaving. And I was there over two hours. It should have been harder than concrete by then. Lastly , the pricing. $90 for the most basic manicure and pedicure on the list … seriously?? If it was gel I would not have batted an eyelash but just polish should not be that expensive and cheap paint at that. I was offered a $3 upgrade polish when I checked in a reception … so the company already knows they are offering you crummy polish from the get go. Again , very clean , upscale , quiet and welcoming. Staff was beyond friendly. However , the company needs to work on those terrible bowls, the cheap paint and lowering their price points."
