"They were.caring for.my niece and deceased sister's cat who was terminal. When he got really sick I called at 8 AM and wad told to bring him in at 3 PM. I argued with the receptionist but got nowhere. I went in early but the poor cat had to suffer. The office manager said they have a limit of emergency visits. I feel they've become insensitive. Dr Strock is nice but has not been there most of the time. In addition one of my cats was given wrong vacinnation and one was not given annual.meds."
