"I cannot believe how one of the employees spoke to me after I attempted to inquire about our drink order. I simply asked if our order was lost because people who ordered after us got their drinks first. At which point he found it appropriate to loudly reprimand me and tell me “don’t go there because you don’t know what goes on back here.” I understand that different people work on hot and cold drinks, I’m not dense. However, I saw iced drinks ordered in store after us go out before our iced drinks. Anyways, the almost 30 min wait is one thing, but the complete lack of respect is a completely different ballgame."

"3 out of 4 times I want a Starbucks here I gave up. Store is either closed during normal business hours or the wait is too long. I actually prefer the local options but they are in another part of town. Can’t believe the town only has 1 standalone Starbucks store."

"Totally fine with the food and drinks. No problems there. But like a yelp commenter stated, I wish they would moderate the music level better. When the tables are full of people you can easily observe meeting to talk or work have a heart and lower the music. We "work from home" types want a change of scenery sometimes and just need a calm, pleasant atmosphere...not screaming rock, country or pop in the background. We love the classics too, just not at a billion decibels the entire time we're there. I'm sure people who came to meet over a cup of coffee also don't want to yell at each other. I had to meet with an elderly, very soft spoken gentleman the other day. I missed at least a third of what he was saying. Please, please when you notice us , please turn it down. Thanks!"
