"First time I ever went to this Barber shop and I was quite impressed. Not only did my stylist do a fantastic job of evening out my mop of hair, but every single person with a client in their chair was focused, attentive, and from my eyes view VERY VERY skilled at dealing with the annoying cowlicks at the back and crown of a head. I absolutely will be back when time to get another shape up, and will be taking my friend who told me about your shop with me. Service was SO QUICK for a walk-in and we both were in and out the chair and front door with plenty of room left in day to get everything done. Three other places had an hour to two hours wait, and we were finished in under an hour. Check them out if you haven't been."
"The good: Been 3 times and everyone I've had cut my hair has been very friendly and attentive. Plenty of barbers that you can book with, so the lines always move. Neat, old-school-y atmosphere with lots of flags, signs, license plates, etc. Online reservations are available as well as walk ins. The not-so-good: Cash only, but they do have an ATM in the shop. My experiences have varied in terms of my actual haircut, but my latest one turned out great. Hoping to continue that trend next time."
"I had not been to Jeff’s for several years. This week I arrived and was directed to a lady barber. I told her that I wanted my hair to the top of my ears and because I wear hearing aids, I wanted my hair to cover them. I figured that would give an idea as to how much to cut. When I got up from the chair I was shocked! My hair has not been this short since I was a cadet at the citadel over 50 years ago! My friends and even acquaintances were shocked. Needless to say it has been a terrible experience. The barber offered to not be paid but the damage was done! I paid her and left."
"Arrived an hour early and jotted my name down. Noticed I was the first person to request that barber that morning. Cool! Hopefully I should be first. Nope! Two other customers that arrived well after me got serviced first. I got up and left. I wasn’t even acknowledged or greeted at all. Lost me as a customer. Also, if you’re planning on getting a “fade” cut, don’t bother. They don’t know how to do it."
