"They fit us right in same morning with an online appointment. Both the veterinary technician and the veterinarian were wonderful with great bedside manner. They made sure my sweet dog and I were both made comfortable. Also, way more reasonably priced than the emergency vet which would have been our only other option on a Saturday."

"Sunday afternoon ( 1-14-23) my pittie was injured, nothing serious, she needed a laceration cleaned out and professionally closed up. Since this wasn't a true emergency we decided to take her to a veterinary urgent care instead of an emergency vet hospital. I made an appointment online, arrived and our furbaby was seen right away. The lobby and room was bright and clean. The staff was super friendly and gave our baby lots of loving so she felt comfortable. The veterinarian came in and was extremely friendly, she got right down on the floor with Willow instead of stressing her out by putting her on the table. We really appreciated that!! The treatment plan was straightforward with no up selling us on anything. We also appreciated that as well. Overall we are extremely happy with the care of our furbaby and the friendliness of the staff. We will definitely use them again in the need arises."

"8 yr old Dazzle simply wasn’t acting normally. She never complains and has never been sick except for an ear infection. I knew I didn’t want to wait till morning so I called UrgentVet, who told me to bring her in for a checkup. When I arrived it was after 10pm but I was greeted with a smile and gentle word for my girl. Dazzle was given an exam and it turned out not to be what I was an afraid of, a blockage, but a sprained back. She was certainly sensitive. Opting to forgo the tests the vet offered but didn’t feel neccesary, we left with some oral meds. I gave them as soon as we arrived back home and after we both slept well Dazzle is back to normal and pain free. She will finish her meds and remain restricted for a few more days but is clearly on the mend. I highly recommend this urgent vet and although I hope we don’t need to use them again, I know where to go if any of my 4 dogs need care outside my usual vet’s hours. One more thing, the $99 base fee is worth every penny for peace of mind if nothing else."

"Our dog woke us up with a really upset belly on a sunday and we knew he needed to be seen. What a relief to find the new urgentvet only 8 miles from our house! We made an apt online and were escorted immediately to a room on arrival. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and Jackson who is usually very anxious at the vets was walking around giving them kisses. We saw a great vet who took her time and answered all of our questions. We will definitely utilize this office again."
