"Need change management as soon as possible, I lost my appetite as soon as I walked into the men’s restroom. It seems as if it hadn’t been cleaned since opening. My daughter waited 20 minutes for a bowl of Mac and Cheese that was half empty. I will no longer be dining at this location. I am your sign to never dine here again."

"Every table was dirty, despite the fact that the the place wasn’t at all busy. The crew was just chitchatting it up behind the food line. Waited too long for our food and dirty dishes were piled on top of the trash station. Worst Panera, I’ve ever been in!"

"This Panera is a joke. They’re always out of something and orders take forever. I placed an online order at 10:30 to pick up at 11:30 and my food wasn’t ready until 12 and it was only ready after I told them to just give me whatever they had finished because I was taking lunch to a class picnic at school. The thought of my daughter sitting at school thinking I wasn’t coming to her picnic (because of Panera bread) is enough to never make me frequent this location again. My order was late because they were completely out of something and instead of calling my name and telling me, they just let the order sit until I asked about. Even then I had to ask multiple times if my food was ready. I subbed the chicken teriyaki for a Caesar salad. A freaking Caesar salad! Takes 60 seconds to throw a Caesar salad in a bowl and they couldn’t even do that until I asked them to just give me what was finished so I could go. Then when they finally give me my order, my daughters Mac and cheese is missing. I feel like management here needs a massive overhaul. This Panera used to be great and now it’s awful."

"Very clean. Friendly Staff. Went in to pick up dinner. I ordered from the "You Pick 2". Half a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich with Greek Salad and French Baguette and for my husband same sandwich with a Cesar Salad with French Baguette. Dessert Lemon and Oatmeal Berry Cookies."

"Worst Panera I have ever visited. Essence and another worker and “friend” were chatting when we walked into this dirty establishment after stopping on our way home from vacation. We waited for a bit to be acknowledged as we didn’t want to interrupt their engaging conversation. During our short wait for food and sitting to eat we noticed even more trash and stains around the restaurant while Essence and friends chatted, showed each other videos and talked about fights. Meanwhile a worker (with blue hair) was behind the cash register and food area wearing a non-Panera uniform and fed another worker a cookie from his mouth to hers. The “chef” looked miserable and gave all the guests mean looks. I am so thankful this is not our home restaurant. This location gives Panera as a brand a bad reputation."
