"I was treated so rudely today. The cashier really got angry at me and raised his voice because I wouldn't give him even change. I gave him enough money but he wouldn't complete the transaction. Then he told me to calm down but I WASN'T angry I kept saying to him over and over I wasn't trying to be rude but he just kept insisting. I finally was able to complete my transaction by giving Jim 1$. Never coming to this one again."
"Drove out of my way to go pick up an item locatives behind the pharmacy. Hours of operation posted o line aid the pharmacy was open till 10pm. But when I got there, learned it was 7 pm. Cashier said it had been that way for 1-2 months…. Please change the online times.."

I need to make transfering my prescriptions to another pharmacy a high priority. I need to do so with the same emphasis this employee puts on making sure, You, The Customer, feels her attitude through her mic."
