Publix Super Market at McAlister Square

"What is it about Publix? Their employees are always the most pleasant people. I love the fact that you don't have to have some rewards card in order to purchase at the sale price. Their prices are their prices and their sales are their sales. Publix stores are always clean and well organized. Their deli sandwiches and their chicken wings are the best around. So many convenient food options even including fresh made sushi. They also have great grocery selections. Publix is just a great company and a great store. I love shopping at Publix"

"This was one of my best experiences with Publix in a long time I was in an electric cart because I have a bad leg and I'm on my 70 years old. Everybody just went out of their way to help me The employees were so awesome each and every one of them made time to take me where I needed to go to get the products I needed. Well done Publix You are awesome keep up the good work with hiring just the right employees. You really need to give them all lunch because they all deserve it. Thank you so much."

"I was reluctant to post this, but after reading other reviews I find that I am not the only one disappointed with the deli service. The young man at the sandwich counter seemed a bit perturbed that I was there to order a sub one hour before closing time. I even asked if they were still making sandwiches in order to give him an out of they were done for the day. He said they were, so I placed my order asking which bread was the freshest and he looked back at the bread rack and wave his hand over the rack. I assumed he was signalling that everything was the freshest...lol. I asked for all the veggies and when he finished making the sandwich, I asked for tomatoes as he did not put any on the sandwich. He said that they just had scraps. I asked if he could slice up some and he said that they had none to slice. I asked him if there were any tomatoes in the store and he said they did not. Big sigh...I remember when I lived near this Publix location and there was a joyful, pleasant lady that made the sandwiches. I always enjoyed her customer service. What has happened to " where shopping is a pleasure"?"

"One of my wives favorite places to shop. I finally got here to start eating the sushi and now I get to have it more often. Win win. The prices are a little more than other grocery stores of the like but there selection is good and staff is always helpful finding any items you may need. Lastly, pub subs. Haven’t really met anyone who doesn’t enjoy them."
