"Worst pharmacy. Nasty attitudes from the workers. On top of the rudeness, they move very slow. If you come here, expect to wait 30mins up to an hour in the drive thru and inside, waiting on prescriptions that they said were ready. I have decided to switch pharmacies after several bad experiences here. They really need to work on their speed."

On our last visit, they didn’t even mix the medicine and I had to drive out to a 24 hour location to get them to mix it for me"

"This is the worst pharmacy in Boiling Springs. I couldn't get to the pharmacy to ask them to refill a medication so I called for 2 days. And for 2 days have been waiting for someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. Waited for an hour at a time and no one ever answered. So now my prescription is 2 days past due. And no there is nothing wrong with the phones. I called the store manager to ask and she said their phones were working just fine in the back. Too bad she has no control over the pharmacy, she was a big help and apologized and asked if there was anything she could do to help. She can't make them answer their phones or treat their customers better so she couldn't help. I think they need a new pharmacy manager since the one they have doesn't seem to be able to handle the job. If you can help it...do not use the CVS pharmacy."
