Reviews
"Larry Carson and Dotson Guice have been awesome with their customer service after the sale. They both are always available for questions and suggestions and very knowledgable of the product. Additionally, this MarineMax location adding Matt Peebles to be a liaison between customers and the service department has been a great addition. Matt is one of the most knowledgable I've met concerning the components of a Scout."
"Knowledgeable and friendly staff committed to delivering a first class experience for their customers."
"I dropped off my boat for service on 4/18/22 and as of yesterday, 6/2/22 I still don't have a firm date on when it will be finished getting repairs... You read that right 47 days and counting.... The only time I can get an update on the repairs is when I reach out and the price continues to grow! I have sent a detailed email to Sea Ray corporate about this horrible and laughable experience. I am a bit curious to see if Sea Ray thinks is acceptable also. DO NOT BRING YOUR BOAT HERE FOR SERVICE......"
"Walked into their showroom on 2/18 at approximately 3:00 and was greeted by the receptionist who referred me to a salesman. I don't recall his name but he had little interest in selling me a boat. I guess he was having a great month as he showed little enthusiasm in selling me a boat.He couldn't get me out of his office fast enough.I bought my boat elsewhere and I would advise anyone else to do the same."
"Terrible experience. Broker Sean Kelly had a boat listed for sale. We contacted him and he told me it was in excellent shape. We agreed on price and I made a deposit. My broker flew down from Maine to inspect the boat and have a survey done. He arrived to find the boat a complete disaster. It had never been registered and there was so much growth on the hull that the twin tabs didn't work - there were actual oysters growing on it! It was advertised as having 130 hours - it actually had 190 hours. The engines had never been serviced - at all. They were a mess. I wasted $1500 because this guy couldn't get off his backside and actually do his job. Absolutely terrible."
