"We wanted to be a new client, but received a link to pay $120 in order to hold our appointment. This is unacceptable and to me shows they care more about money than my pets. If I could give negative stars I would. Uodate:Your response said I was sent something prior to the text I never received it. Your response also said I was told this was refundable, that was never said either. Sad that office policies make the vet , who may be awesome, look bad.I am not a “no show” client yet there is a lot of explanation about those people . Wanted to make sure you understood the communication was not as you described"
"I took 2 of my cats there earlier this year for vaccines and things went fine. I took one there yesterday and the whole vibe was just off and weird. No one asked me if I wanted a 3 yr or 1yr rabies vaccine and no one went over what to look for as far as a reaction. I asked the lady checking me out if my cat were to have a reaction, it would probably be in the next couple hours, right? She said, “That’s a medical question and I can’t answer that”. Not, “I’m not sure, but let me find out” or “let me get someone who can help”. It was just weird. $50 for a rabies shot and a tech appt where all they did was weigh him, get his temp and give him the shot. I sent my parents there as well and they have felt very weird with them too and they also were charged the “holding fee” for their appointment and was told “it will be kept on file for future appointments”. WTH?! The vet was not very confident in their answers when questions were asked. That makes us lose all trust right there. The techs that helped acted like they had no common sense to the questions that they were being asked. It’s like everyone in that place answers based off of a script they were given. Micromanagement much? Oh and if you call them and don’t leave a message, they call you right back……”I saw you called….” Um, CREEPY! They see it as great customer service but I see it as weird as heck. I think we will be looking elsewhere. I’m just not comfortable with the vibe in that place."

"I'm very happy with the quality of services and fair pricing at pet's favorite vet. The techs handle my cat with care and walk me thru what they are doing (Sky and Brianna are particularly AWESOME!). Pricing is fair, service is fast, and everyone gets a private room when visiting so I don't have to worry about my already stressed cat being stressed by other animals. Would recommend this vet to anyone with cats :)"
