"They were not able to fully groom my dog. I was told he was too old and overweight to stand long enough for a haircut. They did bath him and clip his nails. I took him to another groomer and he got an excellent haircut. So I just think the PetSmart groomer just did not have the experience or equipment to do the job. The dog is 12 years old and 36 lbs. Anyway. Not a good experience for me but probably fine for small young dogs."
