Banfield Pet Hospital

"I have used Banfield for years and unfortunately had a very bad experience with them. I had an elderly dog that needed to be seen I called on a Thursday morning asking if there was anyway we could be seen, mind you I have one of the most expensive wellness plans for my dog in case of events like this. They told me that they absolutely wouldn’t see me and there was no way they could work me in. They have all my history on my dog but still refused to see me and said the earliest appointment was 5 days out. Basically the point in having a wellness plan to help cover the cost of appointments and anything because when you need to use it they will make you wait and if it is urgent will just tell you to bad go pay a fortune at the emergency vet. This is what I ended up doing and sadly my dog passed away. Worst part is you are stuck paying for the wellness plan for the rest of the year even if your dog passes away and they refused to see you. I will be canceling the other wellness plan I have when it comes time and taking my dogs to a independent operated and owned vet by someone who cares about dogs and will go out of there way to help you. I like the vets I have interacted with which a few and far between these days since you never go to a room or talk to the vet in person anymore."

"Great team of people! I was so upset when my cat got sick, I yelled at some of the girls ( not to any of their faults) and they were so calm and still helped her and me. Real animal lovers treat them like family so it's stressful and emotional and they handle it professionally! My beautiful Siam pulled through and couldn't be happier! Thank you all!"

"I have been taking my pets to Banfield hospital in Easley, South Carolina for quite some time now. The staff and doctors are just wonderful. They care about every animal that comes through there. So kind and understanding and very caring about your pet's needs. I have the wellness plan which helps financially a lot. I like that you don't feel like you're being pushed out quickly, they take the time to listen to what you're saying about your pet's health."

"I would like to thank the staff and especially Dr Bryan for the support and gentle care they gave my sweet Freddy and my husband and I. It was Saturday September 23 and my regular clinic was closed. My elder cat Freddy was very sick and with great sadness I knew it was time for this journey to end. We both fought hard for him to stay but his body had other ideas. I called Banfield in Easley and they said I could make an appointment which I did. This is the most difficult decision for a pet parent to make and the Beanfield staff was so kind. The vet tech was very gentle withFreddy as they prepared him andDr Bryan was so kind and gentle too. They gave my husband I the time we needed. Thank you, so much , my heart is broken but at least I know Freddy and I were treated with respect and dignity."

"I cannot say enough good things about this clinic!! I have had bad experiences with other vets, but never here. Dr. Farmer took amazing care of my old lab. I could call for a consult and would get a call back just a couple hours later, and everything was explained in the easiest way possible. Last week, we had to have him put to sleep and I couldn't have asked for more helpful or understanding vet and techs. I have set up a new service with our younger Shepherd and they were just as helpful and understanding with her anxious tics. I started off with a bad taste towards Banfield, in general, when we lived in TN. But everyone here has completely changed my mind. Thank you guys so much!!!"
