"UPDATE: After this, I was issued a refund for my items quickly so I've updated my review. Thank you for the timely response. Very disappointed with the latest order from vetfriends.com. I purchased a polo and windbreaker for my dad, an army veteran. Both items were pretty expensive, however, I expected the quality to match the price so I purchased it. The quality was horrible, quality control seemed to be non existent with either item. I've contacted the company twice via the email for returns over the last week and a half and have not received a response. I've sent the items back even without a response, and had to pay $10 to ship it back. I'll be requesting a refund with my bank if they don't give me my money back in a timely manner and will just have to eat the 10 I spent to ship it. Very frustrating experience when my first one with this company was so good and I've given multiple recommendations to other veterans to this website."
