"I really love this spot! The food is good enough to justify admittedly a pricer menu. I’ve rarely been disappointed by the flavor or portions! The service is typically quick and the atmosphere is welcoming - usually plenty of open tables if you’re looking to sit and enjoy your meal. I like how everything is made fresh to order and they have lots of healthy options! Highly recommend and have sent plenty of friends this direction or brought guests from out of town here for a quick and easy bite!"
"Ordered soup and received some wontons and no broth. Both containers for the meals was only half way filled and were terribly salty. Definitely will not be going back."
"Today after doing a few Sunday “have to’s” ending in dropping off a tuition check at Grace Academy #school on Killian Rd, I announced to my husband that I was hungry, or more specifically: starving. Of course my first thought was #Litas #Cupcakes; but they’re closed. We rode around on #Clemson to find grub. We saw Urban Wok and decided to give her a try. Walking in the first thing we noticed is a nicely designed eatery with a server handled buffet style set up. Once looking up we see a create your food style menu. The place is very fast forward where you order your food at a digital kiosk. They have a promotion or new release of teriyaki fried rice and also teriyaki chicken. Instead of going for the create your own option we ordered the teriyaki rice and chicken twice and because they offered an alcoholic beverage menu we also got two Prosecco’s. Pros: great idea. Nice atmosphere. Friendly and inviting staff. Cons: Food was subpar. Prosecco was flat. Bathroom was grossly dirty. The bathroom was the biggest turnoff. Pee’d up floors and generally very dirty. I love the concept and if they can master the food and keep the place spotless i’d love it. As it stands I won’t be going back. Too bad because again I was in lobe with staff and concept. These #Restaurants need to understand the sheer importance of good food and a clean environment; especially the bathroom. If they fix these issues we could be frequent visitors."
"This was my second time eating here and I must say it was better than the first. With so many different options and meal combinations it can be hard to figure out what to eat but I love the variety. This is a great change of pace from the run of the mill Asian restaurants and you can taste the freshness. Be prepared to spend about $15-20 a person but it's really good. Definitely will be back."
"We came for lunch today and were overall fairly disappointed. We were excited to come here as there are few healthy options in the area for dining out. Unfortunately, the food is poorly executed. The lunch special wasn't a bad deal at $14 for spring rolls or pot stickers and a drink. We got two lunch specials and an additional appetizer of the boneless Korean BBQ wings. The spring rolls had almost no filling or flavor. The wings were unappetizing looking, and the Korean BBQ sauce wasn't very good. They were not worth the $12 we paid. On a positive note, they had a nice crispiness without being heavily breaded. The rice noodles in our bowls were mush and way overcooked. We also hated that they were all broken and no more than an inch or two in length. The pineapple sauce was decent, but the mango sweet and sour wasn't very good at all. The chicken in the noodles was very dry. The only bright side to our food were the fresh vegetables and the chicken pot stickers. However, this wasn't even quite right and the restaurant left out ingredients we ordered and were out of many options. I would consider coming back, but this place is definitely not what I had hoped for thus far."
