"I really like the selection of the On Cloud in the store. I must admit I was very disappointed when we checked out. We bought 5 pairs of shoes and didn’t receive the posted discount that was displayed all over the store. There was a 20% discount displayed on ALL shoes except for 3 very specific brands. After checkout I looked at the receipt and didn’t see the discount, so I went back into the store and was told it didn’t include those. Keep an eye out. I believe the lady made a mistake and just didn’t want to fix it but still it was very poor customer service. I like to support local businesses but I was disappointed that she didn’t honor the posted discount posted all over the store. You can do better. Do the right thing next time."

I would not have come in here if I wasn't going on a trip in a week and pressed for time. as a icing on the cake, the cashier lost her patience because she couldn't work her cash register to process a gift card. what a despicable behavior."
