"I ordered drinks to go through the Starbucks app and picked up through the drive through window. The service was speedy, the drinks were delicious, and the staff were extremely polite. Overall, I had a great experience."

"Horrible. Absolutely horrible! Service and attitude of the staff was beyond bad. Not friendly, not supportive or helpful to the customer. They were out of everything! Had to change orders numerous times just to find something to order. All of you find another location to visit. They do not deserve out hard earned money."

"I personally loathe starbucks but wife likes their refreshers. She had me stop to get her one. It took almost 30 MINS !!!!! There might have been 10 patrons in the store when I ordered her drink. Of that it took almost 5 mins just to get some on to take the order and half the patrons that were there already had their order. Then I gave my wife the drink at her workplace and she said it didn't taste right. I don't understand how a company with such poor management and employees stays in business."

"I was in drive thru and told the person taking my order that I have a diary allergy and ordered my coffee with almond milks no whip. The person taking the order said I completely understand I have the same issue. Then we go to pick up our coffee and it has whip and we tell them that I can’t drink it I have a dairy allergy so u would think the would re make the coffee. NO the handed us back the same drink and only took off the whip cream. A with a sever Dairy allergy can not drink that. What an awful experience. I would have gotten so sick if I didn’t see the whip cream still on the side of the cup. Shame on you."

"If you want quick and quality service, I suggest driving a few minutes down the road and going to Charter Oak Starbucks. This Starbucks is understaffed and overworked and it is effecting the quality of service. Placed a mobile order before I left my house. When I got to the Starbucks the drive thru line was already out into the main road with people trying to back out of parking spaces causing a traffic jam in the ONLY entrance. This Starbucks is continuously backed up because of their slow service. Once I was able to get inside, my order was not made yet. Waited 25 minutes until I asked the barista if my order had even showed up on their screen. She said my order wasn't the next one but the one after that. I then waited another 8 minutes and watched her make SIX MORE DRINKS!! None of them were my drink. I told her to just forget about my drink and I can just get a refund or a gift card. She said they were short staffed and I would have to come back later and get a refund from the register. Came back around 3:30pm, explained I needed a refund from a mobile order I did not receive. The person at the cash register looked confused and said "This isn't how we normally issue refunds." I told her this is what I was told to do and she did end up issuing me a refund. I understand Starbucks in the morning is guaranteed to be busy but I have seen just as many cars, if not more, at other Starbucks locations and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes on a mobile order that I had placed 10-15 minutes prior."
