"My husband and I spent a fair amount of money on 2 bikes at Sweetgrass Cycles. One of the reasons we bought there instead of getting cheaper bikes was having someone local to service the bikes. I brought my bike in a couple of weeks ago and wanted a modification to get the handlebars where I could reach them better. A part was needed. They said it would be in on Wed. I told my husband when we left, it seemed like we were an annoyance to them and they really didn't want to wait on us. A couple of weeks goes by and I don't hear from them, so I called. He said bring the bike back in and we'll see if we have the part because we may have sold it. I said I don't want to bring the bike back in until you have the part. Patrick gave me his personal cell number and said to take pics of the bike and send them to him and he'd let me know. Didn't hear back, so I sent a couple more texts asking about it and then he had an attitude that I was texting his personal number. He finally called this morning and we were right back where we started. Bring the bike in and I'll take down the numbers and order the part - that should have been done the first time. When I said I didn't want to bring the bike back until he had the part, he said I should just take it somewhere else. I am 56 years old with back troubles and I work a full time job. I think it's understandable why I don't want to repeatedly lift the bike and put it in the back of the truck and bring it in. Not a very good customer service experience and I won't darken their doorstep again."

"Wonderful experience with the owner! He had a great selection of Cruisers with speeds. Handbrake Cruisers, and back Pedal brake Cruisers. Definitely a shortage right now so I was very happy to find this place. I came with my bones bike rack and He adjusted it for my vehicle which was so kind. He also loaned me an adjustable top rod until mine came in the mail. Very pleased with the selection and service."

"I’ve brought my bike there a few times for minor things like replacing tire tubes. The service is excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. Also quick to get you back on your bike. Good prices and pay with cash and he’ll usually knock a couple bucks off. It’s also 1/2 mile from my house and conveniently located. I think I’m going to go there today actually."
